This Heartfelt Hangout offers a festive train ride through Lakes Park featuring a miniature train village filled with family-friendly ghosts, witches, and the famous Tunnel of Dancing Lights.

We’re excited to provide tickets so children and families can spend time together and make happy Halloween memories! Families may use their tickets at their leisure during any Halloween Express operating time from October 9–31.

This opportunity is open to children with active dependency cases and those who have reached permanency, along with their caregivers and other children in the home.
